How do I sign up for the Complimentary Welcome Session?
Once you purchase the introductory offer or membership of your choice you will be sent log in credentials automatically from Zen Planner via email. You will be able to click on the Welcome Session you are wanting to attend and reserve your spot!

Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. We are a Fit for EveryBODY!
